Citynahes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Preis

Positiv: Sehr zentral, und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr sauber und praktisch der Checkin via Schlüsselbox Absolut faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Top für einen Kurzbesuch, wenn der große BVB spielt.

Positiv: Lage top. Wohnung groß und zwei Räume zum Schlafen. Bett frisch bezogen und Handtücher gestellt.

Negativ: Bettzeug nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet statt drei. Türklinke geht von innen ab. Geht leicht festzuziehen

It was quite good, expect a few minor things

Positiv: I liked the design and furniture of the flat, liked the flat being close to city center and just across the tram line. Heating was also working great.

Negativ: I didn’t quite like the windows and curtains, because they were relatively seemed old and felt like they are about to break. And sometimes, the door handles in the apartment come loose.

Pobyt udany, Spędziliśmy ze znajomymi tylko jedną noc w obiekcie.

Positiv: Mieszkanie dość duże, dobrze wyposażone. Ogólnie dość czyste, blisko do centrum. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko do sklepu, barów i restauracji.

Great for the price

Positiv: Close to the center, great kebab, lidl, aldi and rewe. Spatious

Negativ: Some doorknovs in the apartment fall out sometime, water in the shower is either too hot or too cold, and bedsheats were smelly.

Dortmund desde la buhardilla, una experiencia agradable

Positiv: La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del centro comercial de Dortmund. En la zona es fácil encontrar aparcamiento cerca del edificio pero si vas muy tarde se complica algo. La comunicación con el propietario fue buena a pesar del idioma (español/alemán) pero no hubo problemas para entendernos. El apartamento acogedor y muy luminoso.

Negativ: El apartamento necesitaría algunas mejoras como por ejemplo las persianas no bajan con facilidad y no se puede oscurecer. Yo, por manía, estuve arreglando algunas cosilla como flexible de la ducha que le faltaban las gomas y se salía, la manecilla de la puerta que se caía, los estantes del ropero que estaban sueltas...cosas que con cariño se oueden solucionar. Eché en falta un cepillo y fregona para mantener el apartamento ya que estuvimos 10 días.
