Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Messebesuch!

Positiv: Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und grün. Sehr nahe zum Flughafen & zur Messe. Die Schlüsselübergabe via dem Safe hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber & gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr gut bei Fragen zu erreichen & sehr hilfsbereicht.

Negativ: Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch super. Sonst gab es keine Mängel.

Good accommodation option

Positiv: Excellent communication from the owner, very responsive. We were in Dusseldorf to attend the boat show, the apartment's location versus the Messe was great, only a short taxi drive with costs averaging between EUR 8 (Uber) and EUR 13 (normal taxi). Room was clean, the temperature was easily adjustable, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water.

Negativ: We arrived late at night in very cold weather, carrying several pieces of luggage. Unfortunately, the access instructions were not clear. We initially believed that entering the code would open the main gate, but after several attempts we realized the box had to be pulled face down to retrieve a physical key. Our apartment was down a flight of steps with no lighting, so we had to rely on a phone torch. There were also no lights outside the apartment door, which made the situation increasingly frustrating and uncomfortable in the cold. We also assumed the apartment would include a mini fridge and microwave, which was our own oversight, but only a coffee machine and kettle were provided. The coffee supplied was of fairly poor quality. Improved lighting on the stairs and at the entrance, clearer access instructions, and a better-equipped kitchen would significantly improve both the safety and overall quality of the accommodation.

Positiv: Het is een prima appartement, erg schoon en ruim. De lokatie is goed, bushalte op de hoek - zowel de Messe als het centrum zijn snel en makkelijk te bereiken. De host communiceert heel goed - informatievoorziening is prima.

Negativ: In een apartement zou je iets meer comfort verwachten. Een lekkere stoel ontbrak; er was 1 rechte stoel aan het buro, maar niks makkelijks en ook als je met z'n tweën bent is er slechts 1 stoel. Ik vond het jammer dat er geen televisie was. Daarentegen is de wifi uitstekend en kun je alles zo streamen op de telefoon.

Negativ: Mała, turystyczna lodówka byłaby znakomitym udogodnieniem.
