Geniale Lage, wenn man nahe des Flughafens oder der Messe ein Quartier benötigt

Positiv: Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig und die Lage zur Rückseite mit Blick ins Grüne ist gewaltig.

Negativ: Tagsüber ist zeitweise der Flugverkehr etwas laut.

Man hat alles was man braucht, einen Fernseher, Wlan, der Balkon zeigt zu einem Garten. Sehr schön

Positiv: Schönes modernes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett, neuer Küche und einem schönen Balkon. Check in ging einfach mit dem Handy und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.

Negativ: Einmal die Stunde fliegt im Schnitt ein Flugzeug vorbei, aber dass merken man sehr schnell garnicht mehr.

Positiv: It was good and clean, a good place for visiting the Messe

Negativ: It was a bit complicated to get in. We needed to call the owner to let us in the building and then the door of the apartment was with a digital key. But we called him before we arrived and he picked up and then when we were in front of the building he didn’t pick up anymore. Was a bit inconvenient.

Positiv: Comfortable mattress, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, close to the tennis courts, free parking on the street. Grocery is close in walking distance.. garden view and small balcony. Everything is as written in description..

Negativ: Hard to find a parking space during the day, morning and evening it’s ok.

Great option for staying near Dusseldorf Airport

Positiv: Great location - near the airport, very clean apartment, Good communication of the host, easy to check in

Negativ: There is noise from the airplanes taking off! The noise stops at midnight and starts again at 6AM...

Positiv: We chose this apartment because of its close proximity to ProWein—it took us literally 15 minutes on foot, which was truly great. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and suitable even for a longer stay. Everything was tidy and clean upon arrival. It has a large terrace overlooking a lovely garden. While there is no designated parking space, it's easy to find parking right in front of the building. You can drive up to the entrance briefly, which is perfectly convenient for loading or unloading your belongings. The host is very kind—I had some personal requests regarding package deliveries, and everything went flawlessly on his part. Everything you might need—supermarket, bakery, restaurants—is within a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment. All in all, excellent.

Negativ: It wouldn’t be fair not to mention the following: The apartment is literally on the flight path for landings at the local airport. But—and this is a big BUT—please read everything. Landings stopped somewhere between 10 and 11 PM, and the first one we heard was around 7 AM. Besides that, the apartment is well soundproofed. You can hear the planes, of course, but it's no louder than a car passing by the building. We had no issues sleeping at all. On the other hand, if you’re an aviation enthusiast, this is actually a big plus! As for the apartment itself, there are a few minor things to fix—tighten a screw here and there, repair a shelf in the shower—and that’s about it.
