Positiv: Super unkompliziert und super Lage, Preisleistung top, Terrasse ist sehr cool.

Negativ: Zum teil hört man wenn jemand im Treppenhaus läuft, aber gehört zum Altbau Charme. Nicht weiter schlimm.

Positiv: Was ne geile Dachterrasse! Zudem ne mega Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gerne wieder.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht, sogar einen Sandwichmaker. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Dachterrasse: trotz der zentralen Lage mitten in der Innenstadt war es dort wunderbar ruhig und gemütlich, mit Blick auf's Grüne. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Es war super so zentral zu sein.

Positiv: Super Lage – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich das Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Alles lief unkompliziert, vom Check-in bis zur Kommunikation.

Geheimtipp!

Positiv: Diese Wohnung ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Essener Hauptbahnhof entfernt, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Besonders begeistert hat mich die wunderschöne Dachterrasse, auf der man nach einem langen Tag herrlich entspannen kann. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive Waschmaschine. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisende und Städtetrips! Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv wieder. Wer eine zentrale, stilvolle und ruhige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Rooftop chill

Positiv: I absolutely liked this place. First of all; it was easy to get there, like 10 mins from the main station, on foot. It is not the centre, but not far away. There are a couple a places nearby where you can eat, however better places are a bit farther. Second, I would like to highlight the hosts, they were very fast responding to messages, especially when I had difficulties getting in the first time. The front door has to be pulled, not pushed, by the way, when you are opening it. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There bed as well. Kitchen equipped as a described. Most importantly, the hosts exceeded expectations when they provided a few things which were missing, like some coffee, sugar etc. And then they delivered new pillows and some led candles to make the nights even more pleasant - the rooftop terrace is a highlight. I do recommend this place and the hosts!

Negativ: Supermarkets are not very close.

I would stay again, highly recommended!

Positiv: Great apartment with a lovely terrace with trees and birds nearby. The location is central to many conveniences. If you travel by train, just stop by the nearby Lidl store located just behind platforms 1-2 and gather what you need for food and necessities before the short stroll to the apartment. There is also the museum, thermal baths and other shopping opportunities just a short U-bahn ride or a long stroll for exercise.

Negativ: May I suggest a good quality mattress topper which would extend the life of the mattress and prevent discomfort of springs pushing on the hips. Otherwise everything was top-notch and I all items to stay and cook were included. Really, very nice place!
