Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Positiv: Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, anfangs hat das WIFI nicht funktioniert weil anscheinend jemand die SIM Karte entfernt hat. Der Vermieter Malte hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine neue SIM organisiert die allerdings erst am Montag aktiviert wurde weil da Wochenende dazwischen war. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war sehr gut nichts auszusetzen, in der Umgebung findet man immer einen kostenlosen Straßenparkplatz. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Negativ: Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es doch noch zu erwähnen. 1. Ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen hat uns gefehlt weil wir zu einer Feier geladen waren und unsere Kleidung bügeln wollten. 2. Die WC Bürste gehört erneuert ist schon sehr abgenutzt und verliert den Bürstenkopf. 3. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl somit muss man das Gepäck bis in den zweiten Stock tragen, ist also für ältere oder beeinträchtigte Personen nicht einfach.

Positiv: Spacious and stylish. The instructions to get into the place were clear and easy.

Negativ: There were two flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment which isn’t always the best for some people.

Spacious, clean apartment, definitely perfect for 5

Positiv: We loved staying here - the apartment is even more spacious than you see on the photos, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you might need. The host was available to chat with all the time, very friendly. We’ll be back if we’re back in Essen someday! :)

Negativ: Nothing not to like, it’s a bit far from the center but we knew that and didn’t plan to walk, the metro station is nearby!

Positiv: Very huge light, warm,apartment, Netflix, internet, cozy beds everything you need for “home feeling “ stay🙏🏻

Negativ: We was sleeping in the room where windows go to back yard so everything we was hearing is birds singing, but from other side where the road is, everything pretty loud because of poor windows isolation, so if you are light sleeper go to other bedroom 😁

Positiv: Clean apartment with a very friendly host. Location is good if you want to explore al of the Ruhr area.

Negativ: The oven didnt work (if known before we would have brought different groceries). But the host came with a quick apologie and solution.

A very beautiful apartment and pleasant stay

Positiv: Last end of July, we had a very pleasant and cosy stay in this beautifully renovated accommodation. Malte and Phillip were great hosts. If we had any questions, they responded very quickly. Malte also provided us with a lot of information about the city and things to do during our stay. We loved that the appartement was fully equipped to cook a meal of even washing your clothes. It was also nice to start our mornings with a lovely cup of Nespresso coffee and being able to watch Netflix on tv. We had a lot of rain during our stay, and therefore, we stayed often indoors.

Negativ: The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Also, being on the second floor with small children (7 yo & 4 yo) it can be a bit challenging to move around the apartment because it is quite noisy..
