Positiv: Habe das zweite mal gebucht, wieder alles Super. Gute Ausstattung und sehr gute Lage

Positiv: Als Unterkunft für unsere Monteure bei Montagen gebucht. (Somit lediglich eine Bewertung/Beurteilung als „außenstehende Bucherin“ möglich und nicht als „Reisende“ selbst, da ich persönlich nicht vor Ort war) Problemlose Buchung, reibungsloser Ablauf des Schriftverkehrs. Parkmöglichkeit, angemessener Preis.

Positiv: Alles ok in die Wohnung, Gastfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit.

Positiv: Beds were comfy ,plenty of space for a family of 4, you have all that you need in the kitchen, towels provided, good Internet and plenty of German channels .

Negativ: Floor was very messy, after 2 hours my kids socks end up in the bin. We found in the bathroom water leaking probably coming from shower and parking space was far and unsecured, the place is it in some kind of industrial estate and in the near was no space 🙃.

Good place

Positiv: I loved the size of the apartment. It was the best value I've gotten out of anywhere I've stayed in Germany and the kitchen was a life saver. It was so nice to be able to have a fridge, where a hotel wouldn't. The view was very nice as I got a room on the top floor.

Negativ: I didn't like that there were smokers who either came into the house with lit cigarettes or they smoked so much that the cigarette smoke came out of their room and stagnated in the stairwell.

Good internet, spacious apartment without a washing machine.

Positiv: The apartment was very spacious, internet was very good. It is very close to a grocery store and about 7 min walking from the train station.

Negativ: There is no washing machine and water boiler(bought it myself). Every morning the cigarette smoke from our neighbors could be smelled in the bathroom. The smell would linger for a long time, or they would just smoke again… After mentioning this it was okay for 1 morning, but next day it was just the same. Some of the doors of the cabinets were broken.
