Positiv: Eine sehr angenehme und gut ausgestattete FeWo in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Betten! Check-in mit Keybox gut beschrieben und problemlos. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen drei Nächte zu Gast und werden gerne wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

Sehr bequem, einfach und unkompliziert. Sauber, ordentlich und gut Ausgestattet.
Positiv: Gutes Möbelar, Gute Austattung, sauber. Die betten sehr bequem, internet zugang frei und Fernseher in fast jedem raum. Die Toilette ist sauber und die dusche voll funktionsfähig.
Negativ: Die angegebene Art wie der Schlüssel wieder abzugeben ist, hat zu ein paar problemen geführt. Allerdings keine gravierenden.

Super, really!
Positiv: Great value for the best price! Sincerely great accommodation: everything perfectly working (appliances, shower, dishwasher, cook, ect); very clean and full equipped flat; easy check-in/out, very comfortably beds and super silent neighbourhood… The best for sleeping well, cooking easly and reaching Cologne in a quite short distance. We were so happy with the flat that we decided to let a good portion of Italian tasty food as a present for the owners. We are totally satisfected and we recommend this place!
Negativ: It’s better if you rent a car for moving around, as the transport to Cologne is not too much connected and cheap... but that wouldn't be an inconvenient... for such a good and cheap flat! We stayed in the flat n. 3, that is on the top floor: I asked for that, as I'm a light sleeper and I prefer not to have neighbours upon, but if you have problems I would suggest you ask for a lower floor flat (they have got more than one).

Convenient home away from home.
Positiv: Location. It was quiet and convenient. There is a good Greek restaurant around the corner which is frequented by the locals. A Pizza Takeaway and bakery and bank are within 100 m. Busstop is also around the corner. Easy parking. Bigger discount supermarket within a kilometre. Quick to get to main highway to Cologne and Düsseldorf.
Negativ: A few more towels for a longer stay. Otherwise all fine.

Positiv: The apartment was fine, but I didn't know it was on the 3rd floor, which was really hard on my knees. There is one washing machine for the place(in the basement), but the dryer didn't work. Really comfortable bed, just super small in size
Negativ: Dryer was not working. 3rd floor Single size bed, not enough room to turn one way or another.
