Schönes Zimmer im Seterant/Untergeschoss

Ich würde mit mein Kindern jeder Zeit wieder kommen wollen.

Positiv: Einfach alles gut. Mein kleiner wollte da nicht mehr weg. Mein war richtig sauer gewesen als es wieder nach Hause ging. Wir drei haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir haben es mal so richtig genossen, abends draußen zu essen. Es war einfach schön.

Negativ: Den Fernseher konnte man nicht so gut benutzen .

I will come back here again.

Positiv: The price is unbeatable. I had all basic needs and was out most of the day. I would certainly return back here, possibly next year again.

Negativ: It is not an issue for myself, and I will return back on my next vacation in the region. The facilities are a bit older, so don't expect a modern setting. Like other reviews mentioned there are are motion activated lights that could hinder some people. In my room it didn't activate until I actively walked around in the doorframe to the sideroom, so it didn't disturb my slumber, but you could have issues when sharing the room with others. There are some notes written with instructions for the guests, some in English, most in German. Some were typed out and easy to translate, but others were handwritten. This can be a problem if you don't comprehend the local language. It took me a while to find out how to get hot water, but once I figured out that the hot water tap had to be turned open a bit more, I had a good shower.

Nice, easy and clean. Cute place all in all, and good value for the cost!

Positiv: Everything needed for a comfortable stay, simple shared kitchen and clean bathroom. A very kind host too :)

Negativ: We had a a strange lamp over the single bed in our three person room, which was movement activated. A bit uncomfortable for the night.

Perfect place if you are looking for a good quality and affordable base to explore the heart of West Germany

Positiv: The property was very tidy and all facilities were in working order. The owner was very helpful and kind to us.

Negativ: There was a light in the room that was motion sensored that went off a few times during the night.

I had a pleasant and restful stay.Will book the same location on my next trip to Duisburg

Positiv: -House is clean and cosy -Cute garden terrasse where you can relax,read a book,etc… -Situated in a relatively(for a big city) quiet neighbourhood -Private parking ! -Nice kitchen -Clotheswashing machine and dryer -Restaurants and supermarket within 5min walking distance -Very friendly and extremely helpful hosts !
