Positiv: Die Chefin wahr sehr nett und alles wahr in der neh Bus Zug alles top gewessen dort

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Positiv: Gute Lage zum Bahnhof / Einstellplatz am Haus, parken in der Nebenstraße aber auch möglich / Apartment war ordentlich und sauber / Wir haben es für einen Konzertbesuch in der 11 Km entfernten Veltinsarena genutzt / Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert (Schlüsseltresor) / Gute Informationen durch den Vermieter

Positiv: Die Zimmer und auch das Treppenhaus haben ein schönes Flair durch einen besonderen Stilmix. Es ist superleise dort. Zum Mehrfachen übernachten gut geeignet.

Positiv: Gemütliches Zimmer/Wohnung mit aller Ausstattung die man benötigt.

Negativ: Alles i.O.

Positiv: Alles gut. Einrichtung sehr einfach gehalten. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt.

Negativ: Matratze nicht so toll, aber ok.

Positiv: Ich war am Wochenende für 3 Nächte in der 2. Etage in Zimmer 1 untergebracht. Die Pension ist total gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Die Hausherrin war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend und ich fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Nächstes Jahr werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen. Herzlichen Dank.!

Positiv: A very short walk to the bus and train so that is always great. a great property which was easy enough to access from Essen Hbf. Just one stop away. The trains arent so frequent but Bus 146 is regular. I was surprised with my little kitchenette and it was nice to come back to this space after travelling up and down to th Messe Essen convention centre. It was a welcome respite where we felt at home and cosy. The host gave us a lovely warm greeting upon arrival :)

My short stay at Essen

Positiv: Basically everything is there, cooking plate, microwave etc. It's a two minute walk to the train station which takes you to the inner city of Essen in about 5 minutes. The place was nicely decorated and clean. The neighbourhood was a little bit so so, but there's a lot of diners and supermarkets in the vicinity.

Negativ: The fridge was kinda loud and there's no door locking off the kitchen from the bedroom. Some people might not be bothered by this but it's something that get's me irritated.

Positiv: It is close by to a bus stop and the S2 stop and the fully-equipped kitchen was very nice. The room was rather comfortable in general, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The exterior of the property is absolutely gorgeous!

Negativ: The shower was rather short. The heater in the room did not work. The bed had some weird scratchy stuff under the sheets that was not down feathers. The wifi was only strong enough to keep a signal in the kitchen and bathroom. Any time I was in the main room, the wifi would cut out constantly, typically lasting less than a minute each time.
