Unterkunft Uni-nähe mit Garten

Nett, Sauber, und auch Kurzfristig.

Positiv: Auch Kurzfristig war die Buchung kein Problem. Das Personal hat binnen weniger Minuten alles zugerichtet. Sauberes Zimmer, schöne Teekuche mit Mikrowelle. Schöne Einrichtung im ganzen Haus. Sogar eine Gemeinschaftsbadewanne stand bei dem Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung.

Einfache Unterkunft, alles okay

Positiv: Ich brauchte nur eine einfache Unterkunft, da Übernachtung im Campingbus wg Schnee zu kalt schien. Das einfache Zi war gut ausgestattet, es gab Option für Wasserkochen/ Kaffeezubereitung (Päckchen Schnellkaffee). Gemeinschaftsbad ist Geschmacksache, mir hat es gereicht. Für Parkplatz abends muss man etwas suchen (Wohngebiet, Mehrfamilienhäuser). Schlüsselübergabe wurde flexibel und einfach gehändelt. 👍

Preisgünstige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Positiv: Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out, top Support bei Problemen und Fragen, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hof.

Negativ: Die Kochgeschirr-Ausstattung könnte für etwas längere Aufenthalte etwas knapp sein (nur 1 Pfanne und ein kleiner Topf vorhanden).

Positiv: The place is very clean and in a quiet area. Very close to the local University. Overall, very good value for money

Negativ: Everything that is happening in the next room, upstairs or in the bathroom could be heard very well. So, your sleep will be affected by other guests' decisions to go sleep or wake up.

Great, affordable, nice accommodating staff, good location, quiet area. Perfect if you're in Bochum

Positiv: The location was perfect, because I was visiting Ruhr-Bochum university, which is only 1 stop away on the train. Also, it's very easy to get to Bochum hbf! It is also very affordable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I turned up late. For the purposes of my stay, I couldn't have asked for anything better. If I'm in Bochum again, I will definitely be staying here.

Negativ: If you're a sensitive sleeper like me, then you should bring ear plugs if you have them. The doors are a bit loud when they're closed/opened, and it woke me up. This only happened once though, and I think 90% of people will have no issue at all! Also, the upstairs bathroom door lock was quite tight and a bit hard to lock/unlock. But I think this is an easy fix and not an issue.

Positiv: This house is very close to Ruhr University Bochum. It is located in a quiet community. The rooms are clean. Self check-in is simple.

Positiv: Very cozy and very tidy, very comfortable and quiet. Near from U-bahn station and it helps get to the center of the city. The apartment has everything necessary for a traveler!

Positiv: Parcheggio disponibile davanti alla struttura. Check-in facile e veloce. Struttura pulita e silenziosa.

Negativ: Nulla, andato tutto ok.

Positiv: Very clean and and tidy. I arrived late at night and had to leave early, but the owner arranged everything perfectly, no worries at all if you happen to be in the same situation!

Positiv: La chambre était très accueillante, bien chauffée et bien meublée. La maison est calme, située dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas du campus.
